Now that the European Commission has released its plans for biofuels post 2020 with RED II, the industry can plan and prepare accordingly. Opportunities undoubtedly still remain as the sector evolves taking new legislation into account and renewable energy targets must still be met with governments committed to reducing their country’s GHG imprint.
